1. PAYROLL OUTSOURCING
- We ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing for every cycle:
- Calculation of gross and net pay, overtime, bonuses, allowances, and deductions
- Preparation and digital issuance of itemized payslips
- CPF contributions, SDL, CDAC, MBMF, SINDA — accurately computed and submitted
- Generation of bank GIRO payment files for easy disbursement
- Statutory year-end tax reporting: IR8A, Appendix 8A/8B, IR21 for leavers*

- * THE IR21 & IT'S IMPLICATION (Tax Clearance for Foreign EP Holder & SPR Employees)
- Form IR21 is a mandatory tax clearance form that Singapore employers must file with IRAS when a non-citizen employee (including Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit holders, and Singapore Permanent Residents) ceases employment, leaves the country, or plans to stay overseas for more than three months.
- Tax clearance is not required for an overseas posting if ALL conditions are met:
- - The absence does not exceed six months.
- - The employee returns to work for the same Singapore employer under the same valid work pass.
- - Remuneration continues to be paid by the Singapore employer.
- This applies to incidental overseas postings on or after 1 Jan 2016. Clearance is still required if the overseas services are not incidental to the Singapore employment. KEY POINTS:
- Employers must file Form IR21 at least 1 month before the employee:
- Ceases employment; or
- Leaves Singapore for more than 3 months.
- Upon filing IR21, the employer must withhold all payments due to the employee (e.g. salary, bonuses, leave encashments) from the date of notification until tax clearance is issued by IRAS.
- IRAS will assess the tax liability and issue tax clearance directive. Only after this clearance can final payments be released to the employee.
- Late or non-filing of IR21 can result in penalties or liabilities falling on the employer for unpaid taxes.

Preparation of IR21
S$250 / per staff
- Please notify us promptly upon learning of any employee's resignation, so we have adequate time to prepare the necessary tax clearance. We cannot be responsible for submissions delayed due to late notification.
Work Pass Application & Management
Employment Pass* (EP): S$ 1,200 – 1,800
S Pass: S$ 1,000 – 1,500
Work Permit (WP): S$ 700 – 1,200
Dependant Pass (DP) / LOC: S$ 600 – 1,000
*Our professional fees are assessed based on application complexity and risk. These factors include candidate qualifications and the sponsoring company's profile. Straightforward cases command a standard fee, while complex or higher-risk submissions require more extensive advisory work.
Quoted fee excludes third-party and government charges (e.g., translation, MOM fees).
